Marshall G. Whitehead has worked at Federal Immigration Counselors in Phoenix, Arizona since 2014 in an Of Counsel relationship. Mr. Whitehead graduated from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1976. He also has his MBA from the University of Arizona, Tucson. He is a member of the Arizona state bar, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Whitehead worked from 1976-1985 with Skeens, DePrima, Anderson, DeLeon, P.C. in Phoenix Arizona handling the forms immigration portfolio. From 1986-2009 he ran the successful Law Office of Marshall G. Whitehead, P.C. and covered all facets of immigration practice including appeals, litigation, bonds, non-immigrants, and immigrants visas and labor certifications. After working in Denver, Colorado for several years, Mr. Whitehead returned to the Valley of the Sun to return to immigration work.
Mr. Whitehead is married and lives in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, Arizona. He is married and is the father of two talented children. He enjoys golf, traveling, and the warm sunshine of Phoenix when he is not at work.
